Project scoping and work plan generation, remedial investigations (monitoring, sampling and analysis), remedial technology feasibility and treatment studies, human health and ecological risk assessments, development of risk-based cleanup goals, and regulatory negotiations.

Design of groundwater, soil, and soil vapor remediation systems utilizing ex-situ or in-situ technologies.  Bench- and full-scale pilot studies.  Vapor intrusion mitigation programs.  Remedial action plan preparation and cost estimating.  

Permitting and installation/implementation of remediation programs.  Remedial system start-up and troubleshooting, operation and maintenance (O&M), remedial effectiveness monitoring and optimization.

Use of site-specific land use and physical property information to develop risk-based site closure strategies,  ultimately resulting in reduced time and budget to achieve site closure.    Use of the California low threat closure policies to achieve site closures, when applicable.
