About Us

Mr. Rahman is a California licensed professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist with more than 28 years of experience on a wide range of environmental projects.  He managed  retail gasoline station portfolios during MTBE's emergence, and industrial facility projects with VOC releases.  He has developed hydrogeologic conceptual models that lead to cost-effective remediation, particularly enhanced bioremediation of chlorinated solvents.  He has also directed and supported due diligence for real estate transactions, cost allocation for litigation projects, and developed life-cycle costs for regulatory and project stakeholders. 

Mr. McIver is an environmental scientist with more than 20 years of experience in the environmental service field.  He has a broad range of project experience including legal support, phase I/II site assessments, remedial pilot studies, remedial action design and implementation.  His portfolio includes industrial facilities, redevelopment properties, UST and dry cleaner Sites.  The focus of Mr. McIver's experience is effective regulatory management and successful site closure strategy execution.  Recently, Mr. McIver presented at the Battelle Bioremediation Conference and was appointed as the Planning Commissioner at the City of Grass Valley.

 Ms. Duey is a chemical engineer with over 19 years of experience managing and implementing groundwater and vadose zone investigations and remediation.   She has significant experience with the evaluation and remediation of chlorinated solvent plumes and indoor air vapor intrusion assessments and mitigation.  Ms. Duey is highly experienced in managing the regulatory compliance of her projects, including leading negotiations with regulatory agencies and developing strategies for Site closure.  With a focus on practical solutions, Ms. Duey works with owners, property developers, environmental managers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project success.
