Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) provide the information needed to make sound business and property acquisitions, limit liabilities and reduce environmental expenditures.  RMD Environmental Solutions conducts Phase 1 ESAs in accordance with the United States Protection Agency (USEPA) Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (40 CFR 312) and American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) Standards. 

With our experience, RMD Environmental Solutions provides a comprehensive range of environmental Phase 2 and characterization services, including designing and implementing sampling programs for soil, sub-slab/soil vapor, groundwater, and indoor air.
